    Please, please, please don't suggest to people that it "might be impossible to 'cure' anxiety orders like post-traumatic stress disoder".

    I am a trauma survivor who struggled with extreme and chronic PTSD for over 25 years before I was diagnosed. Then, through a mix of CBT, plus constructing a post-trauma identity, and hypnotherapy I am now entirely PTSD-free. That means: no flashbacks, insomnia, anxiety, nightmares, emotional numbing, dissociation -- I could go on and on.

    It's important for those on their healing journey to believe that healing is possible. I am proof that it is. If someone could suffer for over 25 years and still be cured there's hope for everyone!
